What is the larger purpose and impact of this role?

Corporate travel is a highly unorganized and fragmented market in India. The value of flexible hotel booking is most sought after by corporate travellers, and MiStay will leverage this to organize this market and achieve leadership in the marker share in corporate travel segment.

Head of Corporate Sales will be responsible for establishing MiStay’s presence in the corporate travel market and making the transition in the corporates from traditional forms of travel management to the innovations brought by MiStay. He/ she will be responsible for the attaining the revenue goals of MiStay through the corporate segment.

What would be my responsibilities?
  1. Strategizing & framing Corporate Sales plan: Identify the target segments of corporates based on industry, geography, size and other parameters, strategize the corporate sales roadmap, monitor and execute the corporate sales plan
  2. Building & leading Corporate Sales team: Attract talent, on-board, train, monitor their progress and lead them towards attainment of their sales goals
  3. Corporate Sales: Reach out to corporates as per the plan, pitch the ‘MiStay for Business’ product, do the contracting and on-board the corporates
  4. Optimizing corporate sales funnel: Experiment and constantly work towards optimizing the corporate sales cycle by bring efficiency at different stages
  5. Relationship Management with Corporates: Manage healthy relationships with the corporates, ensure customer satisfaction and earn
  6. Alliances & Partnerships: Identifying other potential partnerships based on synergies to boosts sales and executing the partnerships, contributing to offline sales
